Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a new form of sport, which combines dance, gymnastics and acrobatics centred on a vertical pole using choreographic elements and combinations. You will improve your strength, coordination, agility and flexibility as well as your endurance.  Whilst fighting against gravity, this work out is challenging yet fun and it is also known to improve posture, grace and femininity.

Aerial Fitness

Need to add some variety into your workouts? Welcome to Aerial Fitness, a fun, unique and effective way to work out your whole body whilst suspended in the air. The exercises you can do on the aerial fitness equipment are limitless. The range range of aerial fitness equipment will assist you in activating core muscles for balance and stability, as well as improving coordination and flexibility. By combining calisthenics strength training, think gymnastics combined with aerial hoop, silks and rope, this all level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.
