Intelligent and inspiring exercise led by the best instructors integrating high-intensity, low-impact fat burning moves with static stretches.

We offer classes for every level, and each class has a maximum of 12 participants so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first come basis, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

 
 

Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a new form of sport, which combines dance, gymnastics and acrobatics centred on a vertical pole using choreographic elements and combinations. You will improve your strength, coordination, agility and flexibility as well as your endurance.  Whilst fighting against gravity, this work out is challenging yet fun and it is also known to improve posture, grace and femininity.

Aerial Fitness

Need to add some variety into your workouts? Welcome to Aerial Fitness, a fun, unique and effective way to work out your whole body whilst suspended in the air. The exercises you can do on the aerial fitness equipment are limitless. The range range of aerial fitness equipment will assist you in activating core muscles for balance and stability, as well as improving coordination and flexibility. By combining calisthenics strength training, think gymnastics combined with aerial hoop, silks and rope, this all level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Yoga

Close your eyes, clear your mind, let's begin. Whether you are a fan of Athletic Vinyasa practice or love Ballet movement, this dynamic, physically and spiritually energising form of yoga that sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. Yoga techniques are characterised by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Improve flexibility and core strength, prevent or overcome injury and feel focused after every class.

Stretching

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.

 

Heights Obstacle Course I

This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class, our beginner obstacle course is designed to be fun! It’s like being back at summer camp without the drama.

Heights Obstacle Course II

Sundays
1pm – 2pm

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.

Weight Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am

Sundays
12pm – 1pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

Intro to Powerlifting

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9am – 10am

In this advanced series you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.

 

Gymnastics Fundamentals

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5pm – 6pm

For adult beginners and intermediates alike, this class will teach you the basics of gymnastics and help you build the strength you need to hold proper balance.

Gymnastic Rings

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6pm – 7pm

Saturdays
11am – 12pm

This class is for those who have received approval from the Gymnastics Fundamentals instructor. We’ll start with beginner strength-building holds before progressing to more advanced ones.

Vinyasa Yoga

Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.

Get your heart bumping and your asanas flowing. With a combination of high-intensity cardio and hatha flow poses, this class is perfect for those who move at a faster pace.
